The Brand Story

BUFF® originated in Spain back in 1992, started by Joan Rojas, a motorcyclist who recognized the need for a simple accessory to shield his neck and head from biting winds and sun. Inspired by a multifunctional military scarf that could morph into a mask, hat, or neck warmer, Rojas experimented with materials and patterns in his family textile factory, leading to the creation of the first seamless cylindrical microfiber scarf. Following successful tests among family and fellow athletes, the inaugural collection of BUFF® seamless bandanas hit the market.
