Products purchased from our store are eligible for return if you request it within fourteen days from the date of purchase.
If a product does not match the description, it is eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
What can you do when you have a product eligible for return?
- You can request store credit to use for your next purchase.
- You can request a product replacement. In this case, the newly received product will not be returnable.
- You can gift the purchased product to friends; for this, contact Customer Service via email. Valid for non-shipped purchases.
- You can request a partial or full refund. How to do it, you can see below.
Limitations
The following products cannot be returned or replaced:
- With any signs of damage;
- Without the purchase receipt received at the time of purchase;
- Without the original label or original packaging (except for the shipping packaging);
- That have been used more than for checking for fit/functionality;
- That are incomplete (missing elements from the original set);
- Newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals;
- Pharmaceutical products, personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, combs, tweezers, razors), underwear, bed linen, etc.;
- Jewelry, items made of precious metals, gemstones, etc.;
- Perfume and cosmetic products;
- Textiles (cotton, silk, wool fabrics, ribbons, etc.);
- Any personalized products (made to individual specifications, such as but not limited to image, size, color, etc.).
Other limitations:
- Digital products delivered without a physical carrier can only be returned or replaced before being downloaded. At the first download attempt, regardless of its success, the right to return is lost.
- Subscriptions to periodicals are partially refundable only for the remaining unused period, except for the current month.
- Color discrepancies between products and those seen on the screen doesn't mean not matching the description. Colors appear differently on different device screens.
- Products acquired from a gift voucher can only be replaced, return or refund is not possible.
- ONLY the cost of the ordered products is refunded. Fees (if applied), such as the order processing fee and/or small order fee, are not refunded.
- The value of coupons and vouchers is not refunded!
- The delivery cost (if applied) can be refunded in the following cases: a) the order has not yet been shipped; b) the product does not match the description in the store; c) the product is defective.
How is the return and refund processed?
- You can request the cancellation of the transaction if you sign a return request before the order gets the status "Shipped" (max. 24 hours from placing the order). In this case, the order will not be processed, and the issuing bank of your card will be notified about the unblocking of the amount reserved for the transaction you are canceling. In this case, the money will be accessible in your account within 1-30 days (depending on the conditions of the issuing bank of your card).
- To initiate a return, go to Order History in your Account and click on the order number that contains the product you intend to return. On the opened page, access the return button next to the product. You just need to fill in the return reason. You can also request a return by accessing the Returns link in the footer of the site.
- When the return is accepted, we will remove access to any special performance, such as support, offer, update, which was offered along with the purchase of the returned item.
- If the purchase has already been delivered, it will be necessary to return or ship it to the store address at your own expense.
- If you have requested a refund, your money will be refunded after returning the purchase. For orders paid by card, the refund amount will be returned to the same card used for the payment transaction of the order. The money will become available in the account within 3-30 days from the date of refund acceptance (depending on the bank conditions).
