The stowable helmet holder serves two purposes:

• It keeps the helmet securely on top of the backpack.
• It also shields your gear from rain.

If you're not using the cover, it's a breeze to roll it up and tuck it away in the designated compartment. A Velcro strap prevents it from slipping out.

SL women’s fit

This version is also available in the SL edition. The SL back length is tailored for women: typically, women have shorter backs than men. Thus, the carrying system in the SL model is slightly shorter than in the standard Deuter packs. Additionally, the carrying system is specially designed for the female body's shape. This Deuter backpack is free from intentionally used PFAS (per- & polyfluorinated chemicals), helping to reduce substances harmful to the environment and your health.
