This deuter product is completely free from intentionally used PFAS (per- & polyfluorinated chemicals), helping to minimize the environmental and health impact of certain substances.

PFAS are commonly found in water-repellent treatments for outdoor gear.

Since 2019, deuter has opted for alternative Durable Water Repellency (DWR) treatments instead.
