Light and strong loop for knitting Prusik-type grasping knots. It is useful for safety nets while rappelling or when moving on a glacier. A 6 mm diameter loop made of aramid fiber with double wear-resistant braiding can withstand a load of 23 kN. The loop does not require a carabiner for fixation. Having tied a grasping or semi-grasping knot at one end, you just need to thread a special metal “button" into the loop at the other end and that’s it!
