The blade measures 98 mm in length and 3 mm in thickness, showcasing a classic Norwegian design. Its wide bevels provide strength and make it ideal for carving tasks. The narrow Scandinavian grinds create an edge that offers excellent cutting performance, tapering down to a sharp tip. Crafted from a unique three-layer stainless steel that's exclusive to Helle knives, the quality is top-notch.

The handle is visually striking, made from two types of wood: the core is crafted from light-colored Karelian birch, flanked by rosewood on both sides. Natural leather spacers enhance the design. Its oval cross-section and end grips ensure a secure hold, while the texture of the natural materials makes it comfortable to use and enhances its non-slip properties.

The handle features a through-tang construction; the tang extends fully, flared out to secure the sheath's loop.

The sheath is crafted from thick yet supple leather, allowing the knife to sit deeply secured within. A loop for attaching to the handle provides reliable carry comfort. Losing such a knife would be a real shame!
