SL Women’s Fit

This version also comes in an SL fit. The SL back length is designed with women in mind: typically, women have shorter backs than men. Thus, the carrying system in the SL model is shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. Additionally, this design caters to the female shape.

Our main goal is maximum ventilation for smaller to medium-sized backpacks used on less challenging terrain. The robust core of the Aircomfort system consists of a permanently elastic spring steel frame. This construction maintains the special airy mesh's stability even under considerable loads, creating a ventilation space between the backpack and your back, allowing moisture to escape effectively.

Half of the yarn is produced from recycled materials, which helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 12%.

PFAS free

This product contains no PFAS (per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances). While PFAS are known for being water, dirt, and grease resistant, they are also persistent chemicals that can harm humans, animals, and the environment. Instead, Deuter employs durable water-repellent finishes (DWR) that are eco-friendly and safe for both human and animal health, completely free from these environmental "forever chemicals".
