How it Works

Filtration

The water is purified as it passes through a ceramic cartridge with a complex microporous structure, featuring pore sizes of 0.2 microns (0.002 mm).

Pathogenic organisms remain trapped on the cartridge surface since they cannot pass through the pores – they are larger than pore diameters.

The ceramic cartridge contains silver ions, giving it a bacteriostatic effect that prevents the multiplication of bacteria caught on the filter's surface.

The second filtration level involves activated carbon, which absorbs chemical compounds (heavy metals, oil products, ammonia, pesticides and herbicides, nitrogen compounds like nitrates and nitrites), as well as unpleasant tastes and odors.

Water flow is ensured by a built-in manual pump. The filtration rate is 1 liter per minute.

The filter operates 100% mechanically, with no reagents or batteries required.

Cartridge Cleaning

The ceramic cartridge can be repeatedly cleaned even in the field – just scrub it with an abrasive sponge on the outer surface. As you clean it, the cartridge will thin.
