Helle Utvaer — a timeless Scandinavian knife crafted by Danish knife expert Jesper Voxnaes, who is known for his contemporary knife designs.

The name of this knife pays tribute to the westernmost archipelago situated where Norway meets the North Sea.

With a broad blade measuring 102 mm and a thickness of 3 mm, this knife features the signature drop-point shape with low Scandinavian bevels, a design that has stood the test of time for generations of northern hunters and anglers.

The blade is made from premium Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, which undergoes a special cryogenic treatment, giving it impressive hardness (56-58 HRC) for excellent edge retention as well as flexibility and resilience.

It boasts a full-tang construction, with a robust handle comprised of a full-sized tang and two scales made of birch burl from Karelia, securely attached to the tang with two tubular rivets. The tang extends at the end to form a triangular pommel that serves as a glass breaker.

This knife comes with a brown leather sheath featuring a belt loop for easy carrying.
