The Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand that started its journey in 1992 when Juan Rojas, a motorcycle racing enthusiast and owner of a textile factory in Catalonia, realized he needed a simple accessory to protect his neck and head from cold winds, chill, and burning sun, enhancing his travel comfort.

Rojas envisioned a multifunctional military-style scarf that could be transformed into a mask, headband, or scarf. Through experimentation with various materials and cut shapes in his family’s textile factory, Rojas developed a seamless cylindrical microfiber scarf. After testing prototypes on family, friends, and his athlete acquaintances, BUFF® launched its first seamless bandana collection in 1992.

In 2017, BUFF® significantly expanded its design range, producing not only bandanas but also various headgear suitable for both sports and everyday life.
