Users can view all relevant information about their batteries on the built-in display: current charge level, charging time, voltage, and battery type. The information cycles through with a single press of the button for the respective channel. If you prefer, you can also turn off the display by holding the button down for a bit longer.

The Fenix ARE-A2 comes with efficient safety mechanisms designed to prolong the life of the charger. This includes protection against short circuits that may occur due to reversed contacts when a battery is placed incorrectly in its slot. Plus, the protective mechanisms prevent the batteries from overheating and stop overcharging.

This model can be powered via an electrical outlet or a car battery. However, only the cable for connecting to a standard electrical outlet is included in the package. If you need a cable to connect to the car's cigarette lighter, you'll have to purchase that separately.

The device operates effectively in environments with humidity levels ranging from 5% to 90%. The allowed temperature range is from -20℃ to +50℃.
