• To ensure the appropriate packaging of the delivered products;

Our Dame.md's rights:

How to shop

To purchase, follow these steps:

1. Find the desired product and click on its name or image.
2. See the product images, read the description and reviews from other buyers, check the price (both per unit and bulk). All prices on the Website are presented in Moldovan Leu (MDL) and do not include VAT.
3. If you are satisfied with the information provided, select the desired quantity and product options (if any), and click the "Add to Cart" button.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for all desired products. You can view your Shopping Cart at any time at the top right corner of the page.
5. Access your "Shopping Cart" and check the selected products, quantities, their prices, and the Total Cost of the purchase. The Total Cost is calculated from: the price of the selected products, the fee for order processing, the cost of deliveries, specific taxes or discounts based on quantity, voucher or coupon discounts.
6. To preview the Total Cost, estimate taxes and shipping costs and apply any voucher or discount coupon by pressing the respective buttons.
7. Click "Checkout" and fill in the required fields:
   • Billing details – payer's name and address for checking and confirming payment;
   • Delivery details – the order will be delivered to this recipient on this address;
   • Choose a delivery method – choose your preferred delivery, prices may vary depending on weight, volume, quantity (more about delivery read here);
   • Choice a payment method;
   • Apply voucher or discount coupon (if not applied in previous step).
8. At the end, check the final version of the Total Cost of the order and press the "Confirm order" button. You will be redirected to the payment page of the chosen payment system. Attention! Products added to the cart are only available within stock limits. Until the order is finalized by confirming the payment, products in the Shopping Cart are not reserved, and the order is not recorded!
9. Follow the instructions on the payment system page.
10. If the payment is completed successfully, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page. From this moment we start processing the placed order. The status of the paid order will be "Completed".
11. If payment is unsuccessful, the order status will be "Pending".
12. Digital products become accessible for download in the Downloads section of "My Account" immediately after payment confirmation. Access to downloads is unlimited until the user's account is deleted or the product is withdrawn from sale, but not less than 30 days from the date of purchase.
13. You can check the status of the order in the Order History.
14. Once we begin processing your order, the order status will be "Processing".
15. After the packing/sorting completing , your order will be shipped using the chosen method. The order status will change to "Shipped".
16. Upon receiving your order, in the presence of the courier (postal worker, etc.), carefully inspect the integrity of the package, recipient details, and, if applicable, the contents of the package. If there are any signs of package damage or tampering, refuse to receive it and promptly notify Customer Service    of the incident.
